Best version of the Twilight story. Also easily the best book in the series. Wish she would’ve gender swapped the sequels as well, but… well, the way the book ended made it impossible 🙁

I really wish that this universe was continued, because each book would have to be addressed differently. New Moon: there’d be a male wolf asking why he’s the Only Male Wolf in their history, and who here wants to see a pissed off pregnant Sam! In Italy, Aro Marcus and Ciaus would be queens who kept their submissive husbands hidden. Eclipse: male Rosalie wishing to have a child could translate interestingly into something with her husband, tho since it was a spur of the moment choice for her to be change him, it would have to wait until Breaking Dawn when they find out that crossbreeding was fine. But that probably wouldn’t happen anyway. I suppose, like Twilight, Eclipse wouldn’t change much. Breaking Dawn: the big problem finally arrives and would take some rewriting to finish the story. How is Reneesme born when female vamps cannot get pregnant. If she is not born, where does the Wolf-Vamp alliance come from. Basically, ‘Part 2’ would be completely different.

i wouldnt be surprised if there was an anime/manga with this premise. feel free say any know for no particular reason.
Read it, its a good story and a nice different take on the original. I’d recommend it to anyone curious.
