This reminds me of something that happened 20 years ago. I had a friend named Gina who asked me to illustrate an adult superhero comic book she and her friend Tara (both of whom admitted to having been hypnotized several times) wanted to write. They broke up as friends a little while later (likewise Gina & I had a falling out during the quarantine; also, she was always teasing me about potentially using me as a hypnosis subject (and then humiliating me in public, which I wanted) but always backed off, which annoyed me, and she ultimately claimed she’d never liked hypnosis and found it scary, not sexy). Still like the story, though.
