Look at the way she’s only chained by the one ankle. She doesn’t need to be restrained to keep her from fleeing, she’s been secured to prevent the demon that’s about to be summoned from running off with her back to its domain after it slakes its thirsts. And yeah it could probably snap or melt them easy but that’s rude. These are like the chains in the pens at the bank.
